■  Product Introduction

Active Power Filter (APF) is a new type of power electronic device used for dynamicallysuppressing harmonics. It has the advantages of fast response speed, good effect, anddynamic continuous real-time harmonic elimination.The basic principle of APF is composed of two main parts: the instruction current operation circuit and the compensation current generation circuit. The instruction currentoperation circuit monitors the power grid current in real time, and through fast Fouriertransform (FFT) analysis, the instruction signal for compensating current is obtained. TheIGBT module of the driving system generates a compensating current with the sameamplitude and opposite polarity as the harmonic current and injects it into the power grid,which cancels out the harmonic current and restores the power grid current to a puresine waveform.

■  Technical advantages

1.Quick response: dynamically tracking changes in system load, witha response time of less than 100microseconds, eliminating harmonic hazards before they occur;
2.Dynamic filtering: Dynamic injection of system compensationcurrent, continuous real-time compensation,filtering performance will not be affected bysystem and load changes

Fully functional: efficiently filters out harmonics within 2-50 times, dynamically compensates forreactivepower, improves three-phase imbalance, and voltage flicker;

Safe and efficient The filtering characteristics are not affected bythe impedance of the power grid and load,and can eliminate the risk of resonance with the system impedance; The overall efficiency is greater than 97%;
5.Easy to maintain modular design, easy to expand, highly integrated, and very convenient to installand maintain.
